Nutritional Therapy:
An initial consultation can be held in either practice in London Bridge or Petts Wood, or alternatively in your home, workplace or a convenient meeting point in and around London. Overcome ill health with a one to one consultation focussed on increasing well being and energy by using food, nutritional supplementation and lifestyle guidance.
Emma will be able to pick up on any deficiencies in your diet and help you achieve your goals towards optimal health.
Iridology:
An Iridology consultation with Emma lasts one hour and 30 minutes. It involves taking a photo of your irides that you can keep. Iridology is the process of looking into the iris of the eye, reading your anatomical structure, your genetic inheritance and pre-dispositions and understanding behavioural patterns as seen in the markings on close inspection on your iris. It is not a diagnostic tool, but an amazing chance to understand your body, your mind and your emotional patterns and behaviour. It can be used to help with your treatment plan, tailoring it to your specific needs and constitution, or out of curiosity to see any genetic markings and behaviour traits.
